Every year, Ideate Labs sponsors 2 UX apprentices to join our 4-Month Live UX cohort that takes place in the fall and spring seasons. Our UX apprentices join our cohort and work through the end-to-end UX design and UX research process for a startup idea of their choice that will help them attract hiring managers in that topic space or industry. Apprentices take our program for free and receive 1:1 mentorship throughout the 4-month program, as well as 1:1 UX career coaching support for up to 3 months after the program ends. Alumni UX apprentices go on to make between $85,000 -$150,000 in UX design, product design, UX research, or service design roles after they complete the program.
