We are an email marketing agency specialising in eCommerce brands in fashion, beauty, and wellness. We're looking for an experienced, data-driven Account Manager to join our team in a client-facing role with significant ownership and a clear progression toward Senior Account Manager.
About the Role
You will oversee the delivery of email campaigns, flows, and SMS programmes for our clients. While you won't be building campaigns yourself, you'll play a key role in ensuring strategic alignment, execution quality, and client satisfaction. The role offers exposure to AI tools, marketing automations, retention strategy, and commercial growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and execution of email marketing strategies
- Own project coordination, timelines, and cross-functional communication
- Analyse performance data, identify insights, and contribute to optimisation recommendations
- Prepare and confidently present performance reports and strategic insights to clients
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, trust, and momentum
- Develop strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, automations, and retention best practices
