The Data Lead’s work will span both Across and UMA. This role demands strategic data leadership combined with a love for being hands-on in the data–working directly with data, analyzing it through the lens of deep product knowledge and industry insight. Beyond delivering actionable analyses, you will partner closely with product teams to surface key trends, identify optimizations, and proactively address potential issues before they ripple through the market.
