Hiring: Growth & Sales Executive (Remote)
Location: Remote (Lagos-based preferred for onsite events)
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 (depending on experience) + ₦20,000 data allowance
What You’ll Do
✨ Manage and grow our social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
✨ Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns that highlight our fresh produce
and signature infusions
✨ Respond to customer enquiries and convert leads into paying customers
✨ Drive online and offline sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships
✨ Coordinate logistics for orders, deliveries, and special events
What You’ll Bring
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales, social media management, or brand marketing
• Proven ability to grow engagement and convert followers into customers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Must own a smartphone and have reliable internet
